I support service-based business owners in building communities of their dreams.
This all began with my mom, Emily, a women so successful in her career and needing more. Her dream was to sit on a beach with women at the top of her field and “talk shop”. So what did we do? Exactly that and so much more. We built a thriving membership community filled with virtual gatherings, a nationwide dinner party tour, retreats, roundtables… the opportunities for connection are endless.
It’s been a remarkable experience building something so amazing purely from a desire for an authentic and intentional community.

The secret’s out… I’m also a yoga teacher (RYT-200).
Through my heart opening yoga classes, I aim to cultivate an environment where my students can find inner peace, tap into their strength, and experience personal growth. We move beyond the physical asanas, inviting a deeper connection with oneself and the world around us.
Some of my most treasured business relationships have blossomed from the powerful bonds formed during these sessions. My heart-opening, connective teaching style creates a safe space for people of all levels to let go of mental constraints and tap into their authentic selves.
